No contributions will be missed either, thanks to the omnidirectional microphone which is capable of picking up the voices of up to 10 people. Please not, however, that the number of people who can take part in a conference call depends on your mobile network provider, but up to 6 external parties can usually join the meeting. If you need to use the Konftel 300M for large meetings, you can add expansion microphones. 

A handy conference guide stores call groups, allowing you to call all members simultaneously at the touch of a button. This function is particularly useful if you make frequent calls to the same people. The phone’s SD card slot allows you to record your meetings, calls, interviews, etc. and play them back at a later date. You can even use this function as a dictaphone.
