LINK 265 USB/QD Training Cable

Jabra LINK 265 USB training cable gives you the ability to train your new call center to represent ivies with our computer's PC softphone. This Jabra Link 265 USB Y-training cable connects two Jabra Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets to one PC (via USB port).  In-line call control buttons to mute, answer/end calls and the programmable soft button for individual preference. The trainer (supervisor) can either join their agents’ conversations or stay muted and listen.
